Nicole has been an artist for as long as she can remember. In 2013 she co-taught a fiber arts class with another artist and she taught a modern way of making native baskets by wrapping and attaching in a coil method.
Nicole had the idea that she could do it on her sewing machine and an idea was born. She had never heard of rope basket making before and thought she had discovered it! She uses the rope ends to make very unique and one-of-a-kind home decor items that are both beautiful and functional. Most of dyes are custom blends to make each one-of-a-kind creation.
